A Note from Architect Select Lighting

Thank you for choosing Architect Select Lighting. We are committed to delivering exceptional architectural lighting solutions and to building long-term relationships with our clients based on transparency and trust. The following terms have been prepared to protect both parties and to set clear expectations from the outset. We have summarised the key points below in plain English - the full terms are available to download below.

Every product we supply is made to order, tailored specifically to your project. If circumstances change and you need to discuss a cancellation, please contact us as early as possible. Once production has commenced, costs are committed on your behalf and a restocking charge may apply.
Before production begins, we will issue shop drawings for your review and approval. Production commences only once you have signed and returned the drawings and your deposit has been received.
Your deposit secures your order and starts production. The balance of payment is due before goods are dispatched.
All goods carry a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Labour and access costs are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Please inspect your goods on delivery and notify us in writing within 72 hours of any damage, shortage or discrepancy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for liquidated damages or project delay penalties.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
